1. Subscription Plans

  • Free Plan:Limited usage and features.
  • Pro Plans (Monthly/Yearly): Access to premium features such as longer video summaries, videos without subtitles, no ads and faster processing.

2. Billing & Payments

We use the information we collect to:

  • All payments are securely processed via Stripe
  • Subscription fees will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
  • By upgrading to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • Taxes may be added depending on your local jurisdiction.

3. Free Trials

Some plans may include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your card will be charged.

4. Upgrade & Downgrade

  • Upgrades take effect immediately. The unused portion of your current plan will be credited toward the new plan.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the current plan until the next renewal date.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. After cancellation:

  • You will not be charged in the next billing cycle.
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, including:

  • Partial usage
  • Unused credits
  • Failure to cancel before renewal

Exceptions to this policy are made only in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Verified technical failure caused by our platform

7. Payment Failures
